UX/Web Design
Cisco partners rely on official logos and certificates to represent their credentials in sales, co-branding, and certification materials. The existing Logo Builder dumped every option on one screen — with no guidance and no clear sequence. Partners are paid clients operating at scale, and the tool wasn't treating them that way.

GOALS
· Intent-first flow - Guide users through asset creation based on what they need, not a configuration list.
· Modern UI - Bring the interface in line with current Cisco brand standards.
· Reduce decision fatigue - Progressive disclosure and smart defaults so users aren't overwhelmed up front.
· Simplified download - One clean ZIP package — no manual multi-format exporting.

We mapped the existing user journey and identified three core friction zones — all confirmed by stakeholder feedback from the Cisco.com Support team.

Design - Three Intent Paths
Design - Three Intent Paths
We restructured the tool into three distinct entry paths based on what partners actually come to build. Each path starts from intent, not configuration.
Terminology update: "credentials" → "Portfolios" — matches how partners actually categorize their assets in the real world.

DESIGN - Download Summary Panel
DESIGN - Download Summary Panel

A persistent panel on the right tracks selections in real time — giving users confidence throughout the configuration process. No more uncertainty about what's in their download until after the fact.
Final download delivers a single ZIP file containing all formats — eliminating the manual per-format export that caused the most friction in the old tool.
